Card Sleeves
I have so much trouble announcing turns as the Runner. The Corp gets to draw and have a deeply complex and fulfilling start-of-turn phase. Us? We barely get a Fermenter hit, sometimes. Perhaps, here's a thought: the sound of a Runner starting their turn is not words, but a momentary quiet, interrupted then only by the satisfying sound of turning one's click counters back to full.
